Free Watering Can
Recently while buying some vegetable seedlings, I also wanted a watering can for a gentler way of watering my plants than my current apparatus - the jug! However they were $15 and I wasn't about to cough this up. I live in an apartment so a hose is not an option, and since my plants are all in pots, I don't like just 'dumping' the water in.
Enter idea from the Internet - the 2L milk bottle watering can!
Step 1:
Tap holes in the lid of a clean milk bottle.
Step 2:
Water your plants.
